PROJECT BIOFUELS - ARUSHA
 

Project Aim: Sensitize and facilitate production and utilisation of renewable energy sources for Most Vulnerable families so as to minimise living cost, increase savings by MVC families as well as minimise the level of global warming resulting from the excessive use of hydrocarbons for domestic and industrial activities. calendario de fiestas insólitas

Project strategy: 1. Conduct sensitisation/awareness campaigns to rural and urban MVC communities as well as the general public regarding the available socio-economic advantages related to the use of bio-fuels Tanzania.

 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 

2. Link with like minded institutions to facilitate production, storage and marketing of biofuels to local and international markets. The later to improve income level and living standards of identified MVC/Youth families in our project areas.

3. Link with local and international like minded institutions to facilitate availability of equipments, technology and backup services to identifies MVC/youth families involved in production, storage and marketing of biofuels to local and international markets.

Progress Made: 1. Ongoing sensitisation campaigns are being undertaken in Kimnyaki ward of Meru district the later to be replicated in other wards and districts of Arusha and Manyara regions.

2. Green Hope is in touch with KAKUTE a longstanding local Non-profit dealing with production, storage, and marketing of biofuels produced by local Tanzanian low income families.

3. Green Hope proceeds with its initiatives to link with local and international like minded institutions so as to facilitate production, storage, utilisation and marketing of biofuels both locally and internationally. They involvement will not only assist in strengthening income securities of Most Vulnerable Youth and Children's families but as well as protect the fragile ecosystem ensure sustainable utilisation of limited natural resources in an effective manner.
